Canceling or changing your appointment
At U-Clinic we hardly have any waiting times. We do our best to schedule an appointment with you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, it happens with some regularity that patients stay away from an appointment. This is annoying for us, because we can’t use our time efficiently that way. Moreover, it is also annoying for you as a patient: waiting times increase unnecessarily and healthcare costs increase.
To prevent this, U-Clinic passes these costs on to the patients who stay away.
What does this mean to you?
If you are unable to make an appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel too late or not at all, we will charge you part of the costs. You have to pay this no-show rate of € 50 yourself and cannot be claimed from your health insurer.
You can cancel an appointment by telephone via our general number 085 – 022 0580 from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00.
