If you have a complaint
Of course we do our utmost to help you as best as possible. And what we do, we always do in consultation with you. As a result, U-Clinic has a very high rating of 9.6 at Zorgkaart Nederland. However, something can always go wrong. Healthcare is not an exact science. But should we ever make a mistake, we will never hide from the facts. The specialist is with you from start to finish and also takes full responsibility. You can always contact him or her with your complaints and you can be sure that we take you seriously. In fact, whether they’re serious or trivial, we’d love for you to share your displeasure with us. That’s a great way to get better and better.
What do you do with your complaint?
We prefer that you simply go to the person concerned with your complaints. Or to your treating doctor. If you find this inconvenient, please send your clearly described complaint to our complaints officer via firstname.lastname@example.org . If you do not wish to contact us, you can then submit your complaint in writing to an independent complaints committee:
